A beautiful A-line flutter sleeve cotton dress by Cupcakes and Pastries. The dress features a hand blocked green and light blue floral print and a slight touch of silver and brown around the neckline and hem. Due to the nature of handblocked textiles, some variations of color may be evident and may be a character of this design, but is not considered a flaw. This can be worn as a dress now and later on as a top. Handwash separately in cold water, hang to dry and iron inside out.
